Whether TDS should be deducted on transporation charges charged in bill of shipping company (Trasnporter's PAN available).
Do let me know at earliest.

NO, Tds should not be deducted if the transporter give to us photocopy of PAN
No TDS required if copy of PAN is provided by Transporter but if same is missing than TDS is to be deducted at a higher rate i.e.20%
